Game Development

The purpose of our gaming framework is to allow the rapid prototyping of game concepts into fully-working interactive games. The process has been designed to minimise cost and accelerate development. Although fast, our well-tested methodology provides considerable interaction with organisations, allowing them to control the whole process.

Support

HuzuTech provide extensive support. There are two main components: end user support and support for clients.

End users have a sophisticated suite of options available to them as standard, including the ability to raise issues from within the virtual world, such as reporting abuse or asking for help. In addition support can be accessed from the website i.e. outside the virtual environment. This can also be accessed by others, such as parents who wish to raise concerns.

We provide considerable support for clients. This takes the form of both online help as well as a dedicated 24/7 helpline, ensuring HuzuTech’s engineers are always available should they be needed.
